How coolest b&b schooled me on social media ðŸ¤
spilling the beans on how they went super viral.
Good morning from an incredibly quiet Paris! While I sometimes find myself getting restless during these dog days of summer, there's something truly peaceful about the city when enjoyed in moderation—especially between travels. We returned home on Friday afternoon after spending a week in Montreal. No, not the one in Canada, but one of the seven Montreals in France. As I hinted earlier, this trip was for a business trip for a project set to launch in early 2025. The journey was filled with memorable encounters, new friendships, and a bit of drama (because what's a trip without some?). I tried to touch on it in my Instagram post yesterday, but most people chose not to discuss their collaborative relationships with their spouse—which I totally get, considering this might be our last time working together! 🤣
One of the most remarkable discoveries in Montreal was a charming bed and breakfast called Camellas Lloret. Sharing more below. It's been a while since I've seen such impressive organic engagement firsthand—subscribing to my Substack is worth it just for this post!
Camellas Lloret’s Impressive Instagram Success
I stumbled upon their Instagram account while researching for the aforementioned project. We shared several followers, and the place looked absolutely stunning. It’s rare to see a bed and breakfast with over 100K followers, so I was intrigued. I was even more amazed when engagement skyrocketed after Cathy, the owner, accepted my cross-post invitation (which I might add, was nothing compared to some of their other posts).
So, how does a bed and breakfast in a small French town achieve such great organic success?
